Rented materials are due on the last day of the semester.Return dates and times can be found HERE.
Requirements
The textbook Refund Policies and dates apply to all rented materials. All components of textbook bundles must be returned together. The student is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental materials. Limited highlighting and writing in the books is permitted. Purchasing a rented Book
Rented books can be purchased through the end of the first block with the rental fee being applied to the purchase price. Purchasing after the first block does not qualify for a rental fee refund. Agree to Pay
The student agrees to pay fees assessed by the University Store in the following situations:Not Returned or Major Damage:
Any rented items that are not returned by the last day of textbook rental return and sellback (the end of the current academic term). Any rented items returned in an unsellable condition as determined by the University Store staff. Minor Damage:

How to:
Students are responsible for shipping costs when returning rented items. When returning textbooks, kits, and/or supplies, you must include a Textbook Return Form. Verify all conditions stated below are met for your return.
When shipping rental returns, the package must be post-marked by the return deadline.
Late rental returns (post marked after the return deadline) will not be accepted. The replacement cost plus a $5 fee per non-returned item will be charged to the student’s personal BYU-Idaho account. Rental items will be discarded or donated to charity and will not be shipped back to student.
