How to:

Students are responsible for shipping costs when returning rented items. When returning textbooks, kits, and/or supplies, you must include a Textbook Return Form. Verify all conditions stated below are met for your return.

When shipping rental returns, the package must be post-marked by the return deadline - Tuesday following the last day of the semester.

Late rental returns (post marked after the return deadline) will not be accepted. The replacement cost will be charged to the student’s personal BYU-Idaho account. Rental items will be discarded or donated to charity and will not be shipped back to student.

Online Only Students:

Instructions to obtain a one-time use shipping label will be sent to the online student’s campus email address prior to the end of the semester. If you did not receive this email or have lost it, you can find a one-time use shipping label here. It will only print one time, so do not print the label until you are ready to return your books.

Students who are off-track and taking online classes do not qualify as an “Online Only Student” and will not be provided a shipping label. The deadline to return books remains as previously stated.
