Q: Why can't I see my desired permit location online?
A: You may be unable to request a specific permit online for the following reasons:
- The permit has not been released for sale yet.
- The permit is sold out.
- You are not allowed to request that specific permit.
Q: What lot can I use for overnight parking?
A: If your apartment is sold out of permits and you need a location to park in overnight, you will need to purchase an "L" permit that will allow you to park in our Long-Term lot. This permit can only be purchased by residents of certain apartment complexes. Those who live in the apartment complexes will be able to request the "L" permit 1 week prior to the semester starting. Please contact your housing manager to see if your complex is participating.
Q: Why does the system show my vehicle is already there when I have not added it yet?

Q: Can I move my parking pass to another car?
A: Yes. You must register the new vehicle on your student account and then the permit can be used in that vehicle.
Q: What pass do I need if I live at Centre Square?
A: As a Centre Square resident, you will be eligible to receive an H (housing) permit. This is the only permit that will allow you to park at Centre Square and not get a citation. This is also the only permit you can receive. Those who live at Centre Square will be able to request their permits about 2 weeks prior to the semester starting.
Q: I changed my class schedule and now need a different parking permit. Can I change my parking permit reservation to a different lot location?
A: Yes, you can make changes to your parking permit reservation as long as it is before your reservation is fulfilled. You can edit your reservation on the Student Express webpage. If your reservation has already been fulfilled, you will need to bring your permit to the parking services office to exchange it for a different lot.
