Shipping Information


Actual shipping charge will show in shopping cart prior to final checkout. We will NOT be able to refund shipping fees for orders shipped within 3 BUSINESS days of the order being placed.

Shipping deadlines and prices are based on our shippers’ deadlines, shipping costs, and packaging costs. We strive to extend our deadlines and lower shipping prices as much as possible. For small, inexpensive shipments we generally use U.S. Postal Service and for all other shipments we use FedEx.

Major shipping carriers have temporarily suspended their money-back service guarantees until further notice. While we seldom see a change in on-time deliveries, we are not able to offer a money-back guarantee for on-time shipping service until shipping carriers resume their guarantees. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Home Delivery (FedEx or USPS)

Orders placed before 2pm MT are shipped out within 3 business days provided that all items on the order are in stock and no payment errors occur.

2nd Day (FedEx)

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) MT are shipped out within 3 business days provided that all items on the order are in stock and no payment errors occur. FedEx does NOT guarantee delivery within 2 days. There is a possibility of delays, and the University Store is not able to issue refunds for delays within the FedEx system.

Next Day (FedEx)

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) MT are shipped out within 3 business days provided that all items on the order are in stock and no payment errors occur.

International Priority (FedEx)

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) MT are shipped out within 3 business days provided that all items on the order are in stock and no payment errors occur.

In Store Pickup

1. "In Store Pickup" means that your order will be available for you to pick up inside the University Store in Rexburg.

2. Depending on the time of year, your order can be ready within a few hours. During the first week of each semester, it can take up to two business days for your order to be prepared for pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at the Service Desk (register 15) inside the University Store. During Student Express at the beginning of each semester, your order will be available for pick up in the Student Express area.

3. You are responsible to pick up your order within 3 business days. Any orders left in the pickup area after 3 days will be returned to stock, and you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee. The only exception to this is during the week before each semester starts. At that point, we will hold orders until the second week of the semester before returning them to stock.

4. The University store is not responsible to remind you to pick up your order. Email will be used to notify a customer when their order is ready and it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the order.
