This item is a physical code that must be scanned and emailed to you. When you place your order, the computer will require you to choose a shipping method and you will see a shipping/handling fee. If the ONLY item you order is this code, we will delete the shipping fee, scan the code, and email it to your BYU-I email address. Even though it looks like you are being charged a fee, it will be deleted when your order is fulfilled. You do not need to request us to remove the shipping. You will get a receipt with the code that shows that your shipping fee has been removed, and you are charged only for the code. It can take up to 2 business days to get the code, although we are usually able to send it sooner.
