Online Refund and Return Policies

Please contact us if you need to return or exchange an item at the University Store.

General Merchandise

Items may be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied with the Packing Slip that came with the order and MUST meet the stipulations listed below. 

• Items must be returned within 30 Days of date of purchase.
• The product must be in the same condition as purchased with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original BYU-Idaho Online sales receipt.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on orders returned.
• The item must not be on the non-returnable items list.

Non-returnable Items include but are not limited to:
• Non-defective Devotionals
• Clearance Items
• Dated items (such as graduation announcements)
  
• Some Textbooks – See Textbook Return Policy
• Other non-defective items that have been worn or used by the customer

Shipping & Website Return Information

If you are shipping merchandise back, you must print and fill out a copy of the Website Return Form. Click here to download this form from our website. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 to view and print this form. Please include the Return Form and your online store receipt with the Merchandise, return within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be shipped to:
